SH removes formatting?

This app removes all of my formatting when i paste a chapter in from docs. It removes the spacing, any italics or bold letters and i have to manually edit them back in.

Am i doing something wrong or is it something i just have to deal with?

That's normal. Paste without formatting and then format it on the site.

You just have to deal with it. Gotta reformat whenever you copy-paste

Copy from docs, paste to Word. Copy from Word, paste to website. This fixes formatting issues across most websites.

Yep what winterwhereof said. Copying straight from MS Word will keep all your formatting except for alignments. Spaces, bold, italics, everything. I have yet to run into issues on SH or almost any other website when copying directly from MS Word.

I copy from Docs and all my formatting is kept correct (spacing, any italics or bold letters, etc)
