Series Missing + 404 Error on Published Story (Need Help Restoring Arc 1)

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help or point me in the right direction.

My story The Living Scripture – Flame & Breath (Arc 1) appears to still exist on the system, but it is currently inaccessible.

Current issues:

• It no longer appears publicly when searched
• It does not show properly under my stories/series
• I can still access traces of it through my Reading List/edit area
• When attempting to open chapters or the story page, I receive a 404 page not found error

Arc 2 is visible and receiving reads, but Arc 1 appears disconnected or hidden, which is frustrating because new readers may not know it exists.

I already emailed support twice but have not received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how this can be fixed or escalated?
