Although I got a problem with some of these.
- Expressing outrage is a bad thing. Feelings are bad.
- Allowing myself to cry? Please.
- Share a fear, hope, or secret? Are you Bloody INSANE? How is painting a target on myself and telling people where to hit me a good idea?
- And chat with coworkers? You trying to get me fired?
You fix a few of these, I'd be closer to 45.
