Cyra,
“I am fine with it, let the worlds forever curse me. If it means this light within me can shine, to create a future of infinite possibilities, then I will take on that burden.”
Atlalune,
“I will burnout my soul, if it means her safety...”
Ava,
“I understand...very well, there will be a reality just for us...”
Isa,
“Damn me if you must, scorn my name to the ends of eternity. I will accept it all, and give her a world she can live in, a world she can be happy in.”
——————
Yeah, they are all self destructive.
Only Local Beef can solve the issue. Though, this either at the end, or right before they are approaching their peak.
In Cyra’s case, it is just before she becomes the first Iconoclast.
Atlalune, it is the type of resolve she carries. It is expressed through her actions.
Ava, this comes in right after her failure. Though, it shows her last desperate attempt to shift things, rather than go into another cycle.
Isa, it is after she becomes the second Iconoclast, and before she is to challenge the goddess Seres.
For Seres confirmation, this is right before the truly self destructive attack she uses.
“I will keep condemning my soul, if it means the smallest chance for success.” The maiden’s sharp vision onward.
“Here you are almost in the grave, and still defying me. Why go through all of this? Why suffer this much?” the goddess’ uncertainty.
“A single person, one who brought weight into my empty world. It does not matter how far I have to go, what atrocities I have to commit. If I can give her a world she can be happy and safe in, then I will take on whatever punishment comes my way. She deserves the future, not me.” The demon’s solemn tone, her increasing negativity.
“This is your true soul huh, so black it only sees one single light. Your despair, it ends with self destruction.” Seres shaking her head in pity.
“Right, it does, and I am fine with it. I said this before, but if I have to choose between the world or Elina, I will choose Elina every single time. Let everyone forever scorn me, I will take on that burden, and leave behind a small bit of hope.” The devil’s slight smile.
