I consider my novel (The Alchemy Kingdom) scientific, at least it was the initial idea. It's not isekai though, so it might not fit your request. Anyway, it's focus on magic crafting, based on a logical system... I tried to create Magic Arrays so my readers can comprehend the designs and even come up with their own... It might take some time for the scientific stuff to grow, but I already have 30 chapters written.
