Recommendations Robot/android MC

I'm looking for stories with a MC that's similar to the exo from destiny or the warforged from d&d or heck even a friggin Transformer (preferably Autobot) someone who doesn't look human but thinks and acts enough like one and ponders their own existence and soul

I'm cool with reincarnation stories too if that's all there is

Autobots are lame. Besides Optimus, he's pretty cool.

Also, have you read Battle Angel Alita? It's known for the movie, but it's originally a manga. I think you can find it on Mangadex.

I don't remember any that would have a distinctly inhuman mc though. Very few stories have that.

BAA is something I've been interested in reading just haven't gotten around to it yet but it's also not quite what I'm currently interested in

R.A.T.H. seems a lot like BAA just at a glance it has my interest but is still not quite what I'm looking for

Wasn't trying to "burn" you I was simply saying that in comparison to the decepticons the autobots are the obviously better choice because they ain't dicks
the decepticons can't even get along with each other long enough to change their oil

Oh my apologies. We talking about transformers. The infighting is what makes Decepticons interesting.

I feel compelled to say I have a lewd android girl x android girl oneshot on Read Only Mind with vagueness about most physical details that is a frankly ridiculous percentage of existence pondering.
