restoration/ building stories

I want stories that are about restoring or building some kind of house, castle, fort, farm, etc. Some kind of building is either decrepit or just doesn't exist and I want a story about or featuring fixing the place up.
It doesn't count if it's done in like 5 chapters or less, I want the story to at least feature renovation, restoration, or creation. Stories where it's ostensibly "about" those topics but it's already automated by golems/robots/magic brouhaha don't count

Mmm, if more creative versions of Living Dungeon stories fit the bill, you might like mine. There's floor theming, layout, etc.

But I don't delve (heh) too far into the minutia of it, because magic does a lot of the work. The cores still have to focus on it, it's not automated. They can just do large sections by spending a large pool of mana to get a rough shape, then there are small bits of work fleshing things out.

And there are a lot of non-combat challenges involved, so there is the design and implementation of those.
