Humor me if you will, but what do you make of a country that sells itself as a republic (power to the people) but still has the monarchs and the royal family in power? Like, the country itself has elections, rigged or otherwise, and the ruling party remains unchanged for the past decades. Also, while the royalties seldom openly display their powers, they can still get people under them to nudge at the background.
I would like to put that a puppet monarch with the mastermind prime minister also counts in the question I asked.
