I mean, like others have said;
Reincarnator: You get to start a fresh slate, almost like an empty save file in a game. Since you were born there, depending on your surroundings you could be able to assimilate with the culture and learn a lot from childhood much easier than a Transmigrator.
(May or may not come with the potential creep factor if you try to woo or diddle characters mentally younger than yourself.)
and;
Transmigrator: You get shoved into someone else's body. Maybe they killed themselves, maybe not, who knows? It's like getting to use someone else's save state on a choose-your-own-adventure RPG game, but they choose all the fucked up options leading you into a route that you wouldn't choose on your own volition.
(Expect to deal with the previous owner's baggage after they made many, many, many mistakes and done many, many, many bad things.)

Either way, if natives of the world find out that you have another life before this, and they don't believe strongly in some religion or belief that features the cycle of reincarnation, then expect there to be some potential strain on relationships and a lot of people wondering if you stole your body regardless of how you entered this world.
