I can find it on my own, but I'm too lazy to do it myself. Can you recommend me peak manga? Criterias are, no BL(boys love), no GL(girls love), no GB(gender bender). It has to be a finished work, so I won't read HxH or Vagabond as I don't need another Berserk in my life. Oh, and when I say peak, I mean stuff like Berserk, Slam Dunk, Usogui, GTO, etc.
Ramen Aka Neko.

No romance, just fluff and heartwarming story. Not finished though, but it is episodic.

Also, you read Ubel Blatt? Or how about Shut Hell?

Read Ubel Blatt. Didn't read the other two.
This one's done.

Simple story. And cats.

Ajin - Satou is one of my favorite villains honestly
Came to recommend Ajin too, one of my favourites.

Otherwise, there's of course Akira, if you've seen the movie then you have to realise it's a loose adaptation and there's plenty yet to discover in the manga.

A relatively unknown one is Eden: It's an Endless World!. Good sci-fi, good geopolitics, good military themes. A relatively unique blend.

And some great, tame sci-fi to close it off: Planetes. By the author of Vinland Saga. It's hard sci-fi, and I felt like the author was on the same wavelength as Kubrik's 2001: A Space Odyssey.

This one's monstrously good too. You could argue that there's GB, but I'll say 1) not really, and 2) it really isn't about GB.

Thinking about Shut Hell, it reminded me of another edgy Korea-Mongol war story: Threads of Time

Try this one too. Fluff, romance, and cooking.

I don't know.

Read it.
I just don't want to spoil, but yeah, the GB is just secondary. And not the usual kind.

It's a MC -> FC and FC -> MC kind of GB, not the MC -> FC and gets all the peeps of his former gender kind of GB.

Claymore has a lot of actions that might be your cup of tea. The artstyle might be a little old on the early chapters, but they'll become better in the mid-later chapters.
Cage of Eden has mystery, psychological, seinen and a bit ecchi
Her Majesty Swarm, a short manga with beautiful arts and gore.
Psyren is another one of my recomendation, but iirc you've mentioned already read it.
