Isaac. It's Korean, MC's evil, the kind that is annoying enough that it demands guts to read it. He is a deplorable human being, in my opinion, the kind of person I don't want to associate with. Also involve some heroism, but Nah... I don't really know...

This is the prologue.

Insane. Traitor. Terrorist.

The title given to Joon-young, a soldier who fought a lost war. Performing the most devious last stand befitting his titles, his memories were sent to another world.

Now named Isaac, he seeks to live out his days in relative peace. But with his family wanting him dead he is sent to the Campus, the Empire’s greatest centre of Education, in hopes that he would be expelled and tarnish his position as the heir of his family.

He is told that the school will treat him as if he doesn’t exist, that he isn’t protected by its rules. But Isaac, or Joon-young, sees it differently.

There are no rules to hold him back from getting what he wants.

Regressor Instruction Manual quite good. The Characters actually not braindead and the MC is quite villainy

Does this one have a manga or just a novel only? I can only find it at 161 chapters, which isn't much, and the uploads are slow which make binging a bad idea. Don't think I can wait months for just 5-10 chapters.

I doubt that. I read all of that novel's chapters and the characters always and will always take the protagonist's words at face value. And that's not to mention the crap-shoot trickery of the main character. Always works, even if it's genuinely bad.
