I know full well not a lot of people read my story, and even less see the Youtube version of the series that I couldn’t be bothered to continue making since I’m not good it video making. So I might as well dumped the silly pixel arts I use for said videos.

If you don't have confidence in your work, who will? The only thing you can continue to do is hone your craft and get better. You'll get there if you make consistent effort.

As long as it isn't a smut novel there aren't that many reader at first. Hell, you already got more than twice as much as I have with mine, be proud of yourself, it's nearly at 300 people.
Most of the novels started out small, as long as you keep writing there will be someone waiting to read it! And eventually you'll have the reader base you always wished for.
All that matters should be that you're satisfied with your work~

I mean, that's all you can do right? You can't level up if you don't have the confidence to express yousel- wait, am I actually giving writing tips to an artist? hahaha, but the same goes for artists I guess.

At least your work has more likes. Just continue on writing, or better yet, doing the thing that you love. Have readers or not, it's good that you have something passionate about.
