If we assume he’s actually responsible for the plot of the various pieces of media he is prominently featured in, he’s much stronger. The ability to seduce women THAT HARD when they are in perfectly happy relationships, to the point where they are willing to vocally denigrate someone they loved in front of the person in question, is pretty impressive. I kinda love the idea of an isekai protagonist trapped in this man’s body trying to use his powers for good by… idk, breaking up evil power couples as a deep cover agent for the forces of good.
If the various women he sleeps with were actually just really sexually unsatisfied and he’s an opportunist, he’s just really impressive at doing the sexy times. Impressive to have that much game while looking like that, but not a huge power level.
