I've noticed that when I get on a roll while writing, I'll reuse the same word a lot in a short period of time. Usually catch this later in editing, and it really annoys me to see others do it for some reason.

Same, sometimes I accidentally reuse words or even dialogue tags and end up having to change them later. Either in the same chapter or spaced out every other one.
