Only to find out that he was in a coma so now he will have to try to rehabilitate himself from his delusions only to find out that his delusions were real after all because his harem decided to go to the real world from his dream but his little sister decided to kill them all and now he will try to take revenge to his little sister while trying to fuck people left and right. Only to find out that he was fucking his little sister in the beginning and he had no harem, to begin with, and will now be a slave to his little sister. He is right now in a rehab because his delusions were out of this world, literally.

I started writing something like this a long time ago, I have 3 versions of drafted chapter 1's. The premise was a VR Game with worldwide popularity where users could create their own world with its own rules, and the Main Character was copying overlooked/wild rules from others worlds to build his own.
