2. Eggs extracted from crying victim's body by doctor. Doctor tried to show off his harvest or force feed the victim with their own eggs.
3. Doctor converted his sperms into egg balls and tried to force feed the crying victim his egg balls.

Answer #2? ------ You have read too many manga of horror genres especially from JP supernatural origins and listened too much Vocaloids.

I can tell you one thing for sure. Any comic that has 3/4 or more tags combined: Psychological, Supernatural, Drama, Tragedy, Horror, Seinen, Action, Apocalypse, Mystery, Thriller, Mature, Echhi, Smut, and Sci-Fi.
It's guaranteed to give you a Hell opener.
If that comic's original language happened to be Japanese? Yer in the Hell Land cuz extreme body horror and homicidal aggression. Hard to bleach out what you saw once.

P.S. Oh! Anything involving Harem + Ecchi + Mature + Action + Comedy genres can become a Trap Card against you when combined with either Shounen / Shoujo / Fantasy.

So be careful not to get booby trapped into a horror genre where you get bloody chainsaws and dismembered boobs instead of your desired mystery thriller / detective genre / nice supernatural type of manga story.

Saw Frankenstein girl. Dropped it after seeing her laugh at her own vivisection.
Chickens manga. Did not forget how a chicken ate a fetus, then babies, and little kids after pun-insert a teen girl's uterus.

Thankfully, I stopped poking cuz I dropped them. But Scream Queen and I'm not the Victim is pure comedy than horror. My nightmare runs are enough horror genres for me and I certainly don't need anymore otherwise I won't be able to wake up for reality.

Don't sleep with head under the window. Migraine.
Don't sleep facing the door. Paranoia fuel.
Don't sleep in front of a closet.
Don't keep a human looking or any rag or clay doll in the room.
Don't listen, read, or watch any horror media before going to bed.
Don't headtalk yourself. Nightmare Activator.
Don't think. Nightmare Activator.
Don't sleep if you can't. Get some coffees with a bit of salt and chocolate. (Bad idea.)
Don't sleep in a place that's not your home or your safe zone.

If possible, don't get yourself killed when sleeping from suffocation or etc. unless you can handle that kind of sleep.
And stay away from Kid Cartoons even if it's on Sesame Street level.
Avoid listening to Sad/Angst/Funky Vocaloids associated with Horror & Psychology of School Kids. That music is very CreepyPasta. Stay away from CreepyPasta site, even the wiki.

Best advice - Watch or read more media with Cooking / Comedy & Fluff Romance with less Toxicity Drama. Dreamers need some healing for their poor Psyches, abused by our own imaginations and freaky mind logics.
