It's not CBT. The character is the main villian of one of my favorite light novel series. He died and transferred his soul into a female teen clone directly afterwards. He spends the next few books being an annoyance to the antihero while also trying to rape the MC so that he can make a back up baby MC to continue with his plan of destroying magic and bringing his daughter back which the clone is based off of.heres a picture of the cover:
