I will say that I'm not sure anyone has ever done something similar but I've had this idea rattling around for the past few days and have no idea how to turn it into a coherent story

General idea is that a guy reincarnates as Neville longbottom with a handful of wishes

Wish 1: fully customized on summon version of Atlantis with a full loadout of drones and puddle-jumpers from the Stargate universe, tweaking a few things such as making the Stargate work like a cybertronian ground bridge (Transformers Prime), and adding things like asteroid mining tech along with material processing, and manufacturing facilities which will allow the creation of tech related to the city including Stargates.

Wish 2+*: triad mate/soul bond between himself, dungeon core Symphony of Avalon and dungeon fairy/Winx club fairy Phyra Nicos(reincarnated from RWBY)
Effects: Telepathic/Empathic link = mental communication across any distance, Power multiplier = the closer the three are the stronger they are, Resurrection Chain = to permanently kill any of them all three must die within a 24 hour period otherwise they will resurrect with a penalty of no powers for 72 hours, Power/Skill Sharing = both Neville and Phyra get omniglot from Symphony and Neville gets wandless casting from Phyra
* I figure withall the effects listed it will require more than one wish

Story follows HP cannon for the most part with exceptions like Neville inviting Symphony and Phyra to the rule ball during goblet of fire and Neville unloading a 9mil into Voldemorts face and scenes with Neville using omniglot to curse in as many languages as he can think of including klingon, Tolkien elvish, feringi, and more.
Timeline hogwarts start 2003 graduation 2010 2 year to prepare for battle of NYC
Side projects that Symphony and Phyra work on while Neville attends hogwarts recruitment of disabled vets and saving frank castles family and recruitment of mutants to start a school for metahumans named Avalon Institute for Metahumans and First Responders

SCENE1 White room ROB ranting at truck-kun for killing MC before his time complaining that MCs granddaughter was supposed to create The CURE for cancer ROB says that as repayment for truck-kuns fuckup he will be reincarnated in another world with a handful of wishes. Doesn't tell MC where he is going or who he will be

SCENE2 Battle of hogwarts Neville on the Frontline keeping people alive. Voldemort starts grandstanding Neville interrupts his monolog then has Symphony expand the cloak to encompass the entire battlefield revealing her true body while remaining hidden from other(SHIELD/HYDRA) eyes and asks her if she wants to enlighten the death eaters what FA2FO means now that they have fucked up

SCENE3 battle of NYC Symphony hovering over the city visible in all her glory guns blazing while using her bard powers singing the star spangled banner giving a massive boost to everyone in earshot when she sings the fourth verse with Neville and Phyra on the ground fighting alongside Cap and the rest of the avengers

Honestly this is me just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks I have zero ability when it comes to writing anything but I can storyboard all day long my brain is just weird that way.

The specific idea? No, not done before, because some of those properties are just too new for anything like this.
The general concept of someone finding themself in a fictional world with special abilities? Been around since at least 1943 (Silverlock), with one of the most successful (and similar to your premise - though quite different, similar - being the multi-author Herald Shea stories).

First, you need to decide on your focus - is this to be a collection of Easter Eggs for the reader with a story that just happens to thread through all of this, or is this a power fantasy attempt to "correct" a flaw in the original stories, or are you just after a grand mashup?
If a power fantasy... there are tons of fan fictions you can look to for examples. I've only read synopses so can't give examples.
If your goal is a story threading through all of these but something different, then, well, Herald Shea is a good model to follow, especially if you want something humorous (though the worlds he - and, more often, the other professors trying to figure out where he went - were the worlds of mythology and folklore more than fiction).
For a more serious story that took the "Easter Egg" route (and went with public domain fiction for the Easter Eggs - probably only half of it known to modern audiences but almost all of it to readers in the '40s and 2/3rds for readers when I was introduced to it, in the 80s), Silverlock (and, I presume, but only found out it existed a few months ago so have never read it, the sequel) would be a great template to follow. Though, to some degree, he followed the pattern laid out by Jonathan Swift in Gulliver's Travels (and even referenced some of the places Lemuel Gulliver visited), and H, Rider Haggard (who used his own stories but managed to bring Ayesha from the "She" franchise, Alan Quatermain from his Zulu stories and threads from his Aztec and one other stand alone that I'm blanking on all together in one story). A more modern take on this idea would be The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Terrible. You could never turn this into a story without suffering through literal hell.

So niche, so specific, so hard to write. Balance is totally dead, so this wouldn't be a story with any kind of suspense because the MC would be without any equals.

This looks like a story with your favorite story and plot elements, so as the others said, you need to write it on your own if you ever want to bring this story to life!

Or... simply commission it.
