No, it isn't whining about the 420 character profile post limit.
On mobile you can press on any page the profile icon on top of the page to have a small window pop up.
At the bottom of the window there is a small field that says "update your status". When you type over its size, it keeps increasing but when you hit an arbitrary number of characters it stops adding text.
I used to think that the arbitrary number of characters is 420 because it'd make sense but it is over 420 - why? I this arbitrary number of characters of a message the field allows to input in the first place should be 420!
PS: I know nobody ever changes anything with the forum side of things here. You may consider it a vent post
