Question about 'Nightmare Fantasy Online'

I was thinking of reading it however, I usually rely on reviews to figure out how the development of relationships are to get an understanding whether it is slow, fast etc and whether or not it will be something I actually enjoy. Sadly, this novel only has one review which doesn't talk about this so just wondering, does the protagonist enter a relationship with another girl?

Honestly really hard to say.

The furthest the MC has done is dress her slave NPC in maid clothes, giving us close to 0 progress and focus on that subject.

But the author has done really sudden changes nearly out of nowhere before, so who knows. But for now I wouldn’t recommend it to someone that’s looking for any kind of romance.
