There was one released last year. 'Long Live Evil', but in my view the writer didn't lean into the evil very strongly, and the book itself is quite mid.

Outside of Isekai, the Prince of Thorns trilogy by Mark Lawrence is famous for having a sociopathic protag, and on Scribblehub the 'Empress of Fire' serial is doing an absolutely fantastic job at the same sort of thing.

Yup. There's even some animes, I think.

There is the Redo of Healer Anime, the Mc goes back in time in a revenge quest against those who hurt him. And was one of the most controversial Anime during its release.

That Mc is as psychopathic and sociopathic as can be.

Not enough time to side with the MC before he "heals the world". It was very much an issue of told, and not shown. Having flashbacks to full in the gap did no favors.
