Profile not updating after two-plus weeks?

I started my first series March 18, and it's still not appearing on my profile after more than two weeks. I know that there's an approval process but my understanding is that it normally takes much less time than this, and I've had other authors say I should try to contact someone about it. I've emailed the address on the "Contact Us" page a couple of times with no answer, so I don't know what else to do but post here.

What is your story? You can link it in your signature even if not approved, that is what I had to do for my alchemist story.

I've been dealing with the same thing.
One thing I did was add my book to my reading list in my profile. That way there's some kind of link.
