I've been trying to change my bio on my author profile for a couple of days and it won't update. I'm under the character limit by 7 characters. It keeps saying my changes have been saved, but then doesn't show up on my profile, and when I return to the settings page the bio is back to the original.

Do you use VPN? Many of the site's features won't work under VPN.

I tried again just now and it finally saved, but not right away. This time I got a few error messages that I was over the character limit, although the counter on the side said I was under, and I'm pretty sure that I really was under. It went through after I took out a few spaces. Maybe something is wrong with the counter?

I don't use VPN, or any ad blockers on SH.
I should probably mention that lately I've been getting frequent bad gateway 502 host error pages when moving around the site. I don't know if that's related.

same. It hurts when you write 2k words, hit save, and get slapped in the face with bad gateway.
Happens so often for me, I started hitting save at every 200-300 words I write now.
