Bl and romance and horror ?
BL:

Check out this author's entire page. She writes danmei (Chinese BL) xianxia romance and is capable of a diverse range of style. Dry humor, sweet romance, and steamy smut, all with professional quality (a testament to the author's real-life career). And the books are actually completed, so you can binge to your liking. The funniest one (for me) is Secretly, I'm a Cultivation Genius. The smuttiest one is My Master Is Too Dramatic. I finished reading Scholar Song Goes on an Adventure, and I found it incredibly romantic and feel-good.

Romance: (these are MxF, for the main romance at least)

Not sure what type of romance you like, since BL technically counts as romance. But I'm a huge romance fan and write my own. My favorite story on SH is below. It's a matriarchal reverse harem set in a medieval East Asian-inspired world. If you like in-depth worldbuilding, intriguing political drama, and the cutest romance with soft, pretty boys, I definitely recommend this one.

This one is also a reverse harem (sorry lol). Not sure if you're familiar with the beastworld genre? It's more popular in manhua, I believe. A modern girl gets isekai'd into a beastfolk world with a tribal culture. The aesthetic of the world feels like Ghibli x Avatar (blue people). This is if you're like me and just enjoy some simple, cheesy romcom. Reminds me of my younger Wattpad days.

(Shameless self-promo) I also am writing a romance, set in a Gothic fantasy world with vampires! It's... remarkably slow-burn. But if you like vampires, action (so. much. fighting. omg), family drama, politics, and some intense yearning and sappy romance, I hope you'd like my story. :) I've been procrastinating on drawing illustrations but I swear I'll get back into it...

Horror:

I haven't read much horror on here yet. But I really like this horror-comedy story with an academic setting. The worldbuilding and lore are incredibly in-depth, which could take some time to get used to, but goodness the characters are so lovable. The author does a great job at illustrating distinct character voices (and yummy designs). I've laughed aloud so many times from the comedic timing and satirical prose. The action and body horror got me cringing as well, if you're into that.

Here's a short one for you: A 1-chapter mystery/comedy(?) to read through when you have 5 minutes to spare.

Seconded for "The Nightmare Weaver". Why this book isn't a smash hit, doesn't have thousands of readers already, and isn't trending today is beyond me. It's a masterpiece.

Shameless self promotion :3

Benjamin Almond is a healer, just not the kind you're used to.
With SSS-tier healing, super strength, and plant manipulation, he doesn’t sit in the backlines. He charges headfirst into battle, fists flying and vines ripping through enemies.
Most see him as a rogue solo adventurer, eccentric, powerful, and unpredictable. He avoids parties, defies expectations, and refuses to play the traditional healer role. In a world where Elemental Mages and Transmutant Mages reign supreme, Benjamin, armed only with healing and plant magic, is determined to rise as the strongest mage of all.
Oh, and did we mention he’s in a terrorist organization aiming to take down the Twelve Divine Heroes’ order?

Strongest Brawler is a Healer
