Please assist/ rate my leveling system

For job level up rewards, you can replace bonus stats with stat and skill exp, to keep them from getting out of control. Then, if the cost of leveling up stats and skills depends on one's biology and becomes progressively harder after reaching a certain level, all types of creatures get a soft limit, and the need to grind every possible job is eliminated. Then, there might be some hard to aquire (implants, capturing essences in artifacts, unlocking monster classes through weird activities) skills that change one's biology.

Intelligence is a fine stat, when you have a mental task like memorizing or calculating something, this stat can be used to decide how long you have to work to succeed. Charisma feels more like a skill, or even a set of skills. And wisdom... our existence is inherently pointless, what is considered wise or unwise depends heavily on one's life philosophy.

You can add willpower instead if you want more mental stats. And reaction or speed, for how fast one can make decisions under stress.

Constitution... The ability to heal or tolerate damage usually depends on one's strength and innate characteristics, so it doesn't feel like a proper trainable stat. Even if ways to make certain parts of the body more durable do exist. Replace with stamina, maybe?
