I've been trying to expand my ideas of writing my own novels, and I've been wondering if there is a good page where I can save drafts of new story ideas and chapters that haven't been released yet.
I usually write on my phone and sometimes on my laptop, and I've been looking for a suitable app/website where I can save and organize the chapters of my novels before publishing them online!
If you know such software that works on both android and the website, let me know!

Mm... well, if you don't want to just save the drafts here directly then you could use Google Docs? That way you can access them from any device and you always have them online, but private :blob_nom:

As a bonus, if you want to privately show them to somebody, you can send them a link that only they and you can access

Yep, as stated above. Gdocs is one of the best for that. Moreover, it has an auto save feature so you dont have to worry if you misclick exit button of your browser or the electricity died.

I use Inkitt's UI for organizing my chapters (mainly putting lines in-between scenes in a chapter), as well as dividing my entire volume manuscript (it automatically divides the manuscript you uploaded). You may want to check it out, once the site is back online.

If you have internet, you can just save your chapters as draft on scribblehub itself. All you need is the internet and a browser that can access scribblehub.

Ai-chan's been doing that to switch from tablet to desktop regularly. Just start a new story, then save the new chapter as draft instead of pressing 'publish'. Or you can just make a draft chapter on an existing story.

The Hounds of Hell that Ai-chan is currently writing has 8 draft chapters on scribblehub that Ai-chan can access anywhere.

Gdocs is the way for me as well.
However, how can you write from mobile? I guess this is difference between the ones who grew up with computers vs smartphones?

Free Android Apps:
MyStory - like Novelist & Writer Tool's it bundles planning and writing for a story.
Novelist - once you get the hang how to navigate around it, its not as bad. its mostly good for planning your story and characeters out.
Auctor - planning story app too. Writing Prompt challenges is also on there. Have to look for it, but there is a function to write your story too.
Writer Pro: Journal, Notebook & Creative Writing (App Dev Ltd) - very basic functions, but helps you if you want less distractions.

Android App for Collaborating with Others
Fortelling - still in development. founder and developer on discord. think they created a website for it too.

Eh...
Writer's Tool - GUI is nice, but slow from what I remembered. Only allow do one story for free then got to pay. :/ Same founder behind Fortelling.

Android Apps Never Tried before but looks interesting:
Writer's Companion - World-Build, Plan, Organize
Pluot | novel & screenplay planner for writers - reminded me of another app for scriptwriter i once saw, but don't remember exactly

Mostly though...I just use Jotterpad. Inkitt is lacking in markdown :/
