Fiver and free launchers from Youtuber are an option.
Soundtrap, Band lab, and audio tool.

Flat.io, and if you ever do want a downloaded one, I recommend Musescore!

I used to create a lot of music on Soundtrap. In fact, one of my drafts for a videogame has a music soundtrack entirely composed from Soundtrap. It's easy to use. (I never bought the premium)
