Who is the oldest person you know? We should all be more socially active. You don't need to give a name like "Uncle Larry" or something. You can just tell me your relation to that person.

The oldest person I know is my father. He's 92

An old man in my neighborhood, he's currently 115 I think. Dude's probably gonna die soon. Still a nice grandpa though.

I always listen my old friend's World War 2 stories. He's old, and yet, could still recall the smallest of details of that war in which he fought in.

Well, that was when he's still quite healthy. Nowadays, he's frail and we can't visit him because of CV.

I can't remember how old my grandmother was when she died. I think 93, but I'm not 100% sure. She was my last grandparent.

Hope he'll do okay

Did he have family near him before death?
No. He lived alone when he got injured in a fall. After that, he had to sell the house and move to a nursing home. My parents and I visited him once in the nursing home. 7 months later, we found out he died. We attended his funeral wake soon afterwards.

The oldest person I know is 78. All of my grandparents died in their 50's. The oldest family member I'm aware of at the moment is 64 though I haven't seen/spoke to them in 2 years so they could be dead now for all I know. My family tends to die young, not because of any health-related reasons but because of our actions. It's funny, pretty much all of us hardly ever get sick of anything. Ever. We just die from doing crazy shit.

We are a troubled bloodline apparently. Both Irish and Cherokee sides.
