Have you ever sat down and prepare to write another chapter of your story but then, as you start you gradually stop getting ideas on what to write to the point of you lose interest and mood to write? it has been a frequent problem to me, and I really want to know what you guys do to cope with this kinds of situations

Inspiration isn’t a requirement for writing. It may not be fun but you can brute force your way through writes block. Look at similar stories see what characters are doing and when they are doing it, especially in relation to where you are in your story.
i know, i actually just have written halfway a chapter today but deleted it since the quality is crap, i feel like im in the daze and always make grammar/spellinh errors

Sometimes you just need to eliminate all distraction and meditate for awhile.

Something that works for me is... to read drafts. I have a habit of writing drafts as I wrote. For example, if the story I am writing is still in the first volume and I got ideas, I put them in a draft. These draft will accumulate overtime, allowing me to 'regain' inspiration when I read them. Of course, sometime, my draft have nothing to do with the current series that I'm writing, so I create a new series and store the draft under that label. Now, I have one primary story and a handful of drafts that can be used whenever I wanted to start another stories or continue the current one.

I never actually stop getting ideas. When I'm writing a chapter, ideas just rush to me like nothing.

brainstorm ideas
do a tarot reading
talk to people on discord under a "writing help" channel
browse random pictures
get up and move - exercise does seem to help brain, I find

~sigh. A frequent problem for me as well. When off the keys I have plenty of ideas but once I start writing and reviewing I either find it bland or boring then eventually revising. It's frustrating.

It's fine to take a breather. Getting too hung up on a scene will just frustrate you. Trying to push through can break the 'fun' of writing, and turn it all into a chore.

I suggest either switching to another story that motivates you, or skipping the scene and writing the next one. After that, you can work on connecting the current scene to the potential scene you just wrote. It creates a bit of curiosity, "How could this have happened?" That generates interest.

Keep writing, get any ideas you had written down, even if they come out crappy, if you're tired then rest, but if you've barely written anything, keep pushing forward, try to have fun, change the perspective of the story until you're writing something you're having a lot of fun, try to evade topics or types of scenes you dislike writing if possible, but eventually try them out. Try to have fun while growing as an author, at the very least think "okay, i'll write for 1 hour and see what comes out" and do it. Eventually, you'll learn adn get better. Also, music helps.

Write it like a sketch artist draws a body? Put down the general shape, then the bones, then interesting bits of focus, then the rest of it as needed?

It is common to want polished perfection on the first cut, but that can totally block the brain. Give yourself permission to 'sketch', and watch as the creative flow is freed.

Try and change the location you sit and write. Do a little something to shake up your normal rhythm of sitting down to write. Time yourself in writing. like try and get as many words down in five mins and repeat it over and over. if all else failed I'd if you really are looking to get good at the craft then try and write anyways. Accept that what you have now won't be perfect but you will not show tot, anyone, until you've given it a few edits.

Some days just really do be like that and that's ok. Just don't define your work on them days and keep it moving.
