Nickname problem.

Hi I changed nickname to not be assiociated with old one for reasons.
But even not logged in people can still see my old nickname on my profile.
Despite setting visibility to no one.

How do I stop it from being visible.
What is the point of having an option to change the nickname if it is still visible to everyone on internet?

It’s the internet, man. What you put out here for your calling is what’s going to stay. Even if it sticks out like a zebra in the middle of a field of kangaroos. Some scraper probably already has your nickname.

I think this might be related to different accounts, not your nicknames.

Should Disappear for other people eventually.

Other people can't see my old names, but I can still see them.

So that people know who you used to be? It’s the same with Discord usernames, shifting from the # to the Twitter style.
