write, dude, write. Don't type. that helps a lot. also it doesn't matter if you can't write a scene particularly well, or if you don't know something and you need to google it. just write something, anything you can think of, just don't go to the internet. try to set aside some time where the only thing that exists are you, a book, pencil and a desk. you can always google it and make corrections later. finally, start small. "you can't write an epic before you have even written a short story." have no idea where I read that quote but yeah... good luck, and all the best.

May sound cliche and very common but like I had done almost everything so that i can focus in writing.

Currently, i could formulate the start and finish of a story but I just don't have enough experience or words to express on how to truly visualize the scenario's I created inside my head.

I put music as a way to relax and write, I sat alone with no tabs or any other apps opened except the manuscript, I closed off my room to avoid any disturbing noise. Despite all of that, I still fail to write the story I want to share.

I do not know what i lack. Maybe, it's time but I still can't help but ask for other different ways to immerse myself.

I tried going through flow state but fear gets ahead of me and when I stop writing. Boredome comes to greet me once again.

That's why I am asking for help on how to properly discipline my mind and concentrate properly.

I will go back to this post time to time and see how effective it is.

But anyways, here's a "thank you" already incase your comment helps me.
Sometimes, you just need to take a quick second to really immerse yourself if in a character to feel invested. That does depend on what you are doing.
And to do that for emotions, one way observe your facial expressions in the mirror as you try to emulate what your character's expressions look like and how they are feeling. Even if you do it incorrectly i.e. not how you envision, you can still write down what is incorrect and write down what describes the emotions of your character using your own body language and face as a template.
For gore or fighting scenes (obviously, my way of doing so is kind of extreme, but you can do a -lite version of this), to write how your character feels, you have to have at least the slightest idea of how it feels to have a knife cut into you by, well, using a knife or glass shard. Write down what it feels like. For strangulation or the feeling of something biting you, you can strangle or bite yourself (you can just wrap your hands around your neck without actual pressure and just put your teeth around your arm without actual pressure. My MC is insane, so I put a bit more effort).
For dialogue, you can start dialogue with one of your friends over digital (like Discord or something), each of you roleplaying, and eventually you'll have an idea of where you want to go and take over their side because you are inspired and see what direction and manner of speaking you want to take this.. Eventually you'll have an entire scene of dialogue.

Would it be a bother if I could please read a piece of your writing? It would be easier to offer advice if I could see the issues, rather than hear about them.
Though I understand if you have received the advice you feel you need!
And I can totally offer advice without writing, it just may be vaguer and not as helpful.
Well... uh I really don't like to give my writing without it fully fleshed. I just have this tingling feeling of being bored of a piece if I showed it to someone in it's raw state and despite accepting criticisms. I just don't want the idea of sharing a unfinished story but still thank you for replying with this sincere comment.

edit:

I also want to say. Thank you to everyone here, I feel like I integrated some knowledge and especially on the way I write. It may still unpolished but right now I am writing a fanfiction type of novel before truly writing my own novels to help me first know what I must need.
