Can you scream in karaoke? I have never been to one, so I don't know.

Everyone talk exercising, but don't actually tell you what to do. Plank. Do plank. I guarantee you, not only stress, but every thought in your mind will leave you if you do it long enough. Or stretching. Not the light stretching that lasts 5 minutes, but a good one. A long stretching session.
I can try it

Pet a cat or break some things, I recommend breaking bricks or hollow blocks.

Both are therapeutic.

Also shouting or singing rock songs.

When you play game, try helldivers 2. It's a good game I vibe with with, it has a funny community too, check insta or visit r/helldivers in reddit.

I recommend the game

Needle felting. You jab wool with a barbed needle over and over. It is very satisfying. Lol.

Any yarn craft. Knitting, Crochet, etc.

I heard diamond painting is nice, but never tried it.

Doodling can help if you're artistically inclined, same with painting but the latter involves more time.

Listen to audiobooks while doing else. Or soft meditation/calming noises while doing work if you're at a computer.

If you only have limited time, get a stress ball. One of the ones that squish. Even if it seems like it might not do much, it'll help. Especially if you have to do meetings where it's easy to keep the stress ball hidden.

If you have slightly more time and want something a little more fun, get clay or play-dough. Squishing and shaping it into random things is hella therapeutic and requires minimum effort/time (plus play-dough is like $1 for a can).

Music, reading, some mobile games that don't ask for large portions of time but also aren't super predatory pay to win games, taking a quick break to watch 1 episode of a comfort show, eating (can be done alongside any of the others), or if you want to feel productive while taking a break, maybe writing or whatever other productive hobby you may have.

Masturbate. I'm serious. That's the best stress reliever ever, if we're not talking about a very good sex, that is.

But if you're not into that kind of thing—yet, or ever—you can just sing to your heart's content.

But if you don't live alone and your walls aren't that soundproofed, you can just sit back, relax, and escape into good stories—novels, anime, manga, manwha, movies, TV shows, it doesn't matter.

If that still doesn't do it, maybe order your favorite food or snack and really take your time savoring it.

Oh, almost forgot. Another best way to relieve stress is to talk with someone, especially someone you trust and has a good connection with, someone with a good vibe.

You can also take a healthy approach by exercising and going to bed after having been fully spent.
