My novel has images within it, right now in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 (none in the Prologue), and I received a note that the images cannot be seen. I can see them on my end, but I just want to make sure the image-sharing site I am currently using is working. If it's not, I'll make a change. If you can take a look at the chapter and let me know if you can see the images in it, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Yes, they are AI images. I have a hand disability, and I also can't afford to pay artists, so I have to work with what I can. But your comment tells me you can see them. When you say "strange," do you mean the images are distorted or hard to see, or was the strangeness just about the images being AI-generated?

the uncanny valley of AIness. I get physical nausea when I see ai generated images so maybe I'm biased but its very obvi ai.

The images are currently visible.
I will say I don't particularly mind AI images in this specific use of context, since it isn't a bulk of the story. If it were more of a web comic/manga, or even a cover, then it would be a bigger issue to me, but it's not, so I don't mind.

Anyway, The images do show up. I see you are using Post Image to host them. Please be aware that Post Image often conducts periodic (sometimes daily) server maintenance, which takes all linkable media content offline during that downtime. In some instances, depending on when a user tries to access the media, it may appear as a blank canvas or image error for this reason.

Images are too small. You have to zoom in like crazy to see anything.

Also, not wanting to shatter your dream... who the hell wants these generic AI images? You get the most generic scenes ever, and anyone who likes reading doesn't need them. It's fine to use AI to create a cover or a few character sketches so you can imagine a character, but these scenes are probably adding nothing of value.

Even Light novels only offer a picture every twenty to twenty-five pages, and it's usually just an image that depicts a character in an artistic way and not a full scene.

I'd recommend avoiding AI altogether. It's a huge turnoff, and it offers almost nothing of value.

Even the AI editing in your story feels extremely heavy, and a lot of garbage, slop parts, and hallucinations made it past your editing and proofreading and landed in the story, probably because of your unfamiliarity or lack of knowledge regarding AI. These parts are poison. I thought your story was something different and felt interesting, but after a couple of those lines, I had to quit.
