Ah, NaNoWriMO, I knew thee well. I used to do this for fifteen years, churning out 50,000 word novels, but a few years back I lost interest and gave up on it. If I remember right, I always came up with the 50K.

I’m currently doing around 12,000 words a week, I could probably bump that up a little and hit the threshold.
