Yes I think that's why. I didn't put it in my chapters but my description. I have deleted it already. I've seen some fanfics also insert their patreon in their description so I emulated them.

Yeah, monetizing fanfictions is illegal and is specifically forbidden in the site ToS and content guidelines. Writing fanfictions for free is a grey area, but once you take money for it, you break copyright laws. Recently the site started to take more hardline approach in enforcing the rules, to protect itself from legal action, as you found out.

If you already fixed that, you can contact the admin through the email/"contact us" form and wait.

Seriously as a FF author myself I am pissed. Stop it with the fucking Patreon links in the description. There are guys who have nothing better to do than report you, but on this issue they are correct. Just abide by the fucking rules.
You can simply write: "Open my profile if you want to support my story," where your Patreon link is still fully displayed. Seriously stop fucking cheating the system. Anyone who wants to support your story can easily find it on their own or simply visit your profile and click on the link. If you keep this up things will only get worse for everyone.

Fanfics and Monetization

Sorry but for legal reasons, paypal/patreon/etc is banned in fanfics. Fanfictions are a legal gray zone and if we allowed financial gain of any kind, we would be legally compliant with copyright infringement. There are detection in place to remove any paypal, patreon, etc... links if your story...

Then, later on my PC, I see his story delisted. Literally got banned in the last five hours. There are people mass reporting stories left & right, but it only affects people who break the rules, and you can trust me. All those people have butchered links in their story summaries.

Hopefully this is only done for adding the link to synopsis or something later on deliberately circumventing the ban. Many fanfics with hundreds of chapters still have butchered patreon links in every chapter after all, simply because the automated system butchered them. I can still click the link, and if i just add the 'patreon' in front it works. And with hundreds of chapters, good luck to the authors who would need to go through editing their author notes out of every single chapter. Some are slowly doing it, but yea it ain't exactly a fun or desired task as you can imagine, and there are many who don't bother with older chapters.

Automated system should have done a better job, erasing the whole link instead of just the 'patreon' part of it. Hopefully older completed fanfics don't get banned for something stupid like this, since let's be real no one is gonna edit hundreds of broken links out of a completed story. It's hard enough to do for ongoing stories...

You have a patreon link in "Quirks in Multiverse" which is a fanfiction. I wouldnt wonder if your banned works were the same.

Which law? US law? Fighting civilly for giant corporations?
Nobody got banned for these butchered links and if they had, it would not be their fault because it wasn't against this site's rules at the time. The only thing people should care about is this site's rules and if they are being followed. Working on behalf of giant corporations earning billions is ridiculous. Really the definition of slavery. Even that is a manner of Definition. Good luck banning thousands of YouTubers making what-if videos about Anime. This is a legal Gray zone and nothing has and will happen. Don't act like you are on a holy crusade. The only thing people need to care about and discuss are these site's rules and if they are being followed. If they aren't, I agree. Ban the stories. Copyright laws are some of the more universal ones. Fanfictions are only a grey zone if you are not making money out of them as then, and only then, can they fall under fair use.
You are completely wrong that nothing has or will happen. There has been enough precedent to show some companies are more than willing to go on a crusade against small content creators, if they touch their IP without express permission. There is also the question of why Tony now started enforcing the rules more strictly, whether he just changed his mind, or because lawyers were breathing down his neck.

I know the rules are in place but its impossible to edit over a thousand chapters. I contacted the support and they can't do anything. They want me to remove the old links too. They even removed the completed books. So, I left this site last night.
