I think about how they work, they should talk about themselves in general announcements, not through word of mouth.
Now, those whose text has been hidden have not received any notifications about the reason. They only discovered it after checking their stories. It happened silently, and there was no notification about the new rules.

This also applies to you.
Well, this is THEIR site, and they posted the rules since the main site opened for story uploads. If you find their processes difficultt or questionable, we have a "site recommendations" thread where you can give suggestions on how to improve their methods.

Though that isn't a guarantee it would be followed, given how this place is run.

Those rules aren't new. They were there since day one.
Not reading the rules doesn't exempt one from following them.

Do you read what write and about what? Where in the rule is it stated how to act people independently translating their works?
As of 2026, ALL TRANSLATIONS ARE BANNED!
The theme is February 20, 2026, which is now!
The problem with transfers has appeared now.

You keep on whining about "reading what you posted vlah blah blah" but seriously, DID YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU AGREED TO REGISTER TO SCRIBBLEHUB?

Did you find what I broke? I didn't.
You're DEMANDING explanation as to why your story got removed. There's your answer.

And I've been directing you to the proper place where to send your feedback. You answer with "read what I posted."

The admins here are not perfect, and I'm not saying you are wrong when you uploaded your OWN story's translation. Hence, I directed you to proper thread. Don't demand something that's already solved if we just read the T&Cs before signing up.

To confirm your authorship, moderators only need to have an account on the key website and receive confirmation in a private message from the author there. All these references to another source are unnecessary.
you expect the moderator of this site to go to the assumedly original source website of a work, register, and message the author to confirm whether the English translation posted here is legit? Or did I understand it wrong?

If it was what you meant then you should rethink, you are in the position to prove that you’re the original author. State in the synopsis of all sites that the story is posted to by you, the original author, where it is available and in which language (disclaimer preferably in English).

I described a situation that usually happens on other forums, that's all.
Why are you hijacking this thread?
If you think you're not doing the same thing, then you're being hypocritical. I'm just responding to your trolling. What's the point of creating unnecessary topics?

I've been writing to the moderators for a long time. And I'm waiting for an answer from them. But you can keep sending me away.

I'm telling you, it's not a guarantee because our suggestions are also being voted upon. And even with high votes, it isn't a sure way to be implemented. I also asked many features before, but only a few got implemented, so yeah it's not sure.

I know it's futile, but at least your voice is heard.

Look, we're posting on their site, which, if we refer to the laws, we agree to their Terms & Conditions. If the owner says "I don't like translations and you won't get any notice because I already put up the rules there," we have no say to that other than to leave, or adapt to their rules. If it spreads by word of mouth, then we have no say about that. We are 'in good faith' should've read the rules before agreeing to sign up.

Likewise, the burden of proof falls upon us to convince that it is our own work, as the admins/owners won't waste any time to really prove that it is ours. Did other (their own) translated works get restored when they appealed? I saw some authors did that before, and they succeeded. @Xcalibur_Xc am I correct on this?

Also, I'm a fellow author. I'm not pushing you away; I'm directing you to proper thread.

What's the point of creating unnecessary topics?
Unnecessary? Wrong.
One issue is one thread. If you can't find solution for your problem in already existing thread, you make your own.

Anyway.
Write to admin using "contact us" in the footer of the main site. Then wait. It can be an hour, or a week. If no response after this, write again.
Tony rarely looks on this forum and prefers email anyway.

I'm telling you,
I've already responded to everyone who doesn't want to calm down. Do you also want to calm down?
Unnecessary? Wrong.
Let's create a topic where everyone can explain to me why we need a separate topic.
That post about staring a thread of your own and not being a parasite was literally the only thing I have posted on this thread.
What a coincidence, and I just answered you.

How about you stop answering with sarcasm and just address your problem? Stop gaslighting us and do what you're supposed to do to get your works back up.

If I understand correctly, @foxes is suggesting the opposite. He doesn't mind having to prove his work, but there's some problems if a bad actor just uses an aggregator site that isn't interested to put in his disclaimers as a proof so that it could get taken down on SH.

And there should be a general notifications as to why works here are shadowbanned at all so that authors don't have to go in a goose chase.

Honestly I don't see why it shouldn't be implemented. Less AI/translator grifters popping up on the forums asking why their works get 404.

The notifications also help who aren't part of it too. Imagine thinking you're just washed for not having new readers for months, only to realize that you have been shadowbanned since forever.

This is the second time I've said this, I've already sent a description of my problem to the moderators and am waiting for their response.
If I understand correctly
Oh thank you, voice of reason.

Problem is, shadowbanning is a work of a human, and humans can also get fooled by established standards. So it's not really a 100% solution.

Add to that the owner rarely visits this place, and you got confusion everywhere.
This is the second time I’ve already sent a description of my problem to the moderators and am waiting for their response.
Keep on trying, seriously. Persistence may help this time.
