I wanna make a novel with dyamnly over powered character that can beat the final boss- goku. Suggest me some good over powered abilities with infinite potential

Spatial manipulation (bigger scope than @Voidiris ' distance control, I recall the first time seeing someone able to make 1 mm into 1 km and vice versa and was in awe by its use)

Power stealing normally require the opponent to be defeated or it just copy the power without affecting the opponent, but taxation is like taking the food out of the opponent's mouth and adding it to oneself. They're similar, but fundamentally different.

Also, my concept of power stealing is a simple "yeet" and take the person's power.

Not Sylar eat the brain style, not Peter Petrelli "even just by thinking of others" copying power style.

I mean like To Deprive a Deprived Person style where MC looks at a person stats sheet and takes away their power at a whim. MC gain said power while the person immediately notices the lack of said power within.
