Perhaps the village is convinced you are the pervert among amateur perverts (I'll have you know that this example has no basis on real-life fact. It is just oddly specific) or perhaps you are a cultist with a tendency for stabbing (I'll have you know that this example has no basis on real-life fact either, for suuure, for suuure). You just know that you cannot survive alone nor exact revenge/meet your goals without the power to back it up. You must make a team of missing nin.

Honestly, choosing which one for the example was put down to a toss-up. It was really hard for me. I did people that I hadn't chosen for the DnD creation.

Forbidden technique: Demonic Thorny Seal: 4 locks represented as vines. 1st lock: Plant armor with bladed arms and limbs. 2nd lock: Rapid regeneration and pain resistance. 3rd lock: the Hungering FlyTrap - a beserker mode with vastly improved strength and threads of sensory Chakra filling the area around her to track any move they touch. 4th lock: Delectable Strawberry-nobody has ever reached it, no matter how hard the Pervy Sage himself has tried to make her use it.

On the run for stealing the scroll of Yokai, a comprehensive manual on spirits and their control, which is why it was a vital resource for Scribble-ha. But it was his family's all along, confiscated by the village. After his family's fall from grace, he was scorned and at risk of vicious attacks in his supposed "home" of the Hidden Village of Scribble-ha.
Bloodline Technique: Yokai Touch - turn items or self transparent and unhittable with contact via fingers to taijutsu.
