On a medicated bet, post getting a surgery, I agreed that sober me would be water boarded. I folded in 25 seconds, and refused to do that again

Not sure what it's called, but people getting bound to horses with their arms and legs and then letting those horses run in different directions.

That was more a brutal method of execution than torture though - the American name (allegedly it was done by the US Cavalry for acts of treason) for it was "Drawing and Quartering" but I believe it had a few other names over the years and in other lands.
