Recommendations Mc becomes a eldritch horror

I’m trying to find stories that involve the MC becoming some kind of eldritch horror, hopefully able to change to a more human appearance like “isekai’d shoggoth”. If not then that’s fine.

Final boss,it's on NU, warning mc is evil(mortals other than beautiful women are disposable) as well and very horny, his harem is like four digits of nameless with a few uniques being his various commanders.

I hate OP from the start MC, it is often then about the world building, character growth and etc. Most works if not all in NU have failed.

This is not at all what you are looking for, but back in 2015-2016 I wrote dozens of stories lampooning the 2016 Presidential elections, and one of them, titled "Martin O’Malley and the Vision Quest of a Thousand Bernie Sanders Supporters," features Martin O'Malley becoming an eldritch abomination. This will only be interesting if you have a vivid memory of five years ago and maybe not even then lol

I was just thinking that I wanted some more eldritch fun and decided to come to the forms for the first time to look for some recommendations, and low and behold, a post exactly for that. Since no one has mentioned it yet, Codename: Eldritch – Screw Sanity . . . I’ve lost it anyway. , not very frequent updates, but very good, if extremely brutal - definitely not one for the faint of heart.

Well, the only thing I can think about that's anywhere near that is the anime film, Akira, where Tetsuo becomes a god in the most abominably eldritch horror transformation I've seen in years.
