Well, having a "pro" is always "better". Otherwise they wouldn't be "pros". At least not in the sense of the definition. If you mean prostitutes, i would say that while they definitely would have the experience, sex is more than just the the bodily part. Or at least, sex combined with the right emotions is much better. And if you have a long term partner, you can guide them to do it like you like it. And vice versa. Thats something you won't have with a "pro".
First BJ is better because you don't need to know what you do. You can just enjoy it. I think receiving oral for the first time is for women also more comfortable than the first time sex but i guess you would have to ask a woman to be sure. And i bet they all would tell you something different. Generally I would say, the first time sex, especially when both partners are virgins, is bound to not be too great. (There are exceptions to everything.) Usually both pressure themselves too much or are to nervous to really enjoy it.

It could have, and it certainly triggers a lot of emergency C-sections due to fetal distress from the hyperuterine contractions.
