Your rendering of fire is nice, as well as the lighting effects. However, it will be enhanced to a more dramatic effect if you use a darker background.

You might need some repositioning at the eyes. Unless you didn't separate the skin and eyes into different layers, you can easily solve this with just a lasso. So what are you trying to bring out here? The dragon's strongest gift-- faiya?
I also saw how the sword behind the waist looks like a kid's painting. Could've used some work.
At least learn how to draw the basic structure of a sword first.
