Have you read backyard dungeon? It is on KU though it turns to harem eventually.

I just posted a romance/fantasy/adventure story set in a modern alternate world setting. The main character is male, though there are chapters that'll be from other points of view. There's 10 chapters up so far and it'll update every Monday and Thursday.
