Looking for proofreading partners

I'm looking for fellow aspiring authors who are seeking to improve their writing. Having the outside eye look at your text is always important, even if it is not the one of a professional editor (which is a hell of expensive).
The idea is simple: you proofread my stuff, I proofread yours + a thankful shoutout in the author notes.

Mmmm, I'm more in the market for a beta than a proof, I need someone who can say "this doesn't work imho" and that I can bounce ideas off from time to time.

I also don't know what you write so I'm not gona just jump in and say coolios lets do this. Let me know what genre you write and I'll consider it. If you wanna look at my work, I have some posted on here so you can see it.

Thank you for your post. I already have a few people to work with and would like to keep that number low for the time.
My current piece is fantasy/mythology which means I've got a protagonist who walks around a made-up world and gathers legends and myths. You can find it by my username on the main site.

I'm old-school, I write for people.
Not to mention, last time I checked, it painted my whole text yellow and warned me that I "may be breaking" their content policy. So thanks but no, I don't trust that pussy-bot.
