I would not say that my current work, Legacy of Dragonfire, is super super action focused, but there are a fair number of action and fight scenes interspersed throughout, and you will get not one, but two FMC's.

Mostly SFW with some optional NSFW chapters (most of which are on Patreon)

If you don't mind GB (Gender Bender), then my story Nexus Awakened probably fits the bill. Action is absolutely a major focus and the main cast is mostly female too.

I'm addicted to them....

SFW ones are usually what I read but I can take NSFW ones as well as long as its not the main focus or is basically the plot of it.
Azirinth Healer comes to mind. It is finished, long and with plenty of action - quite brutal at times as well.
But it also stubbed, iirc. Some romance at later stages of the story, but otherwise, it is mostly action.

Otherwise, my story exists, but the action happens at later stages of the story, so it might not be up your alley.

Have you read 'the Practical Guide to Evil'? That's a classic webnovel with an MC lead and bunch of different kinds of action. It's incredibly high quality. The author also is currently writing Pale Lights that has multiple leads, many of whom are women and ton of good action and character stuff.

Worm is also a classic, though it's superhero and not fantasy.

The Protagonist’s Sister Is Actually The Strongest [An Action-Packed LitRPG Transmigration and Progression Fantasy] - MC transmigrates to a story set in a post-apocalyptic Earth with monsters and dungeons.

Changeling - MC is in a world with mana and gates. MC is asexual/aromantic.

You Didn't Tell Me the Start of My Transmigration was a Gate - This is a translated web novel; the MC regresses (despite the title saying transmigrated) to her past self just as she awakens as a Hunter inside a dungeon.

Memoirs of Your Local Small-time Villainess - MC transmigrates into an RPG; has focus on politics and such as well.

Broker- MC regresses in a superhero-like world with dungeons.

Lilith: Origin of Succubi and Rebirth of the Nephilim have genuine plots rather than being solely focused on smut. Both of them are a mix of action and self-discovery, Nephilim has more action overall, but it has a slow start.

How well does this model work? I toyed with the idea of having "alternate, adult" versions of some chapters behind a paywall and more "family friendly" stuff as the "baseline" but have not yet tried it.

Not great? People looking for smut want the smut, and not paywalled. And for those who don't want smut, they're not going to pay for it.

if you're fine with manga/anime and gender bender then heavenly delusion is very good, although it starts to shift towards the mystery side after not too long (although if you like mystery, I would highly recommend it just for that).

You might enjoy my story, The Apocamist. It has 5 main characters, two of whom are strong female leads. It's a superpower progression sci-fi adventure set in a post-apocalyptic version of San Francisco smothered with killer fog. Light horror themes, but nothing NSFW.

Oh, if you don't mind tracking down semi-obscure obscure collections, author Esther Friesner edited a series of "Chicks in Chainmail" books (shortish fantasy stories written by women or by men invited to submit stories to the collections with the only requirement being that the main character is a female; most of the stories use one common trope about women in Fantasy Stories while twisting another into something quite different too, but not all of them. Also most are humorous, and Ms. Freisner's intros always are, but some are very serious, and almost all are good). I've read three (one, two and four I believe) of them but there are five:
  1. Chicks in Chainmail (1995)
  2. Did You Say Chicks?! (1998)
  3. Chicks 'n Chained Males (1999)
  4. The Chick Is in the Mail (2000)
  5. Turn the Other Chick (2004)

If you're looking for a fantasy story with a female protagonist I'd like to recommend my story Nowhere to Run. It's mostly safe for work with a just few NSFW bits marked at the beginning of the chapters. It's not finished yet but I have plenty of chapters already up and ready.

Henry Rider: Clown Hunter might fit the bill for you. I've only got the first eleven chapters up so far, but new ones are going up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Click the cover in my sig if you want to check it out.

All that stands between mankind and absolute chaos is Henry Rider.

We're doomed.

Life isn’t easy for Henrietta “Henry” Rider. Born into the lowest class of klaon society, collecting enough laughter to keep her alive is a daily struggle. The only upside is that she has the coolest job ever. As the council’s Hunter, it’s her responsibility to kill maiams, wicked monsters that steal laughter by force. But no matter how hard she tries, the council shuns her, her mentor rebukes her, and the people she protects mock her. Then she meets Ethan, a young man who has lost his ability to laugh. His pent up laughter could either feed the entire klaon population, or create the most powerful maiam to ever exist. Seeing this as her way to finally prove herself, Henry volunteers to protect Ethan until he learns to laugh again — even if that means never leaving his side. But a mysterious masked figure has his sights set on Ethan, and he doesn’t care who he has to kill to get to him. Full of blood pumping action, gut busting laughs, and a few good scares, Henry Rider: Clown Hunter is an adventure that readers of all ages will enjoy!

If you're still looking for that, then check out my villainess story:

It's mystery/detection/supernatural, but there are two chapters in the latter part of Volume 1 that have action (a 3-round sparring session); in Volume 2, though, there much more action/fighting in the Villainess 7 section of that volume.

There's some action in both At the Water's Edge and Eitsu's Nine Lives, which both also have two FMCs.
E9L is NSFW though, so At the Water's Edge might be more your style.

Did you know that A Practical Guide to Evil is currently released on Webtoon?

I always recommend A Practical Guide to Sorcery. Really like that one.

Also, obviously, my own. If you're fine with the MC turning into a "Slime Girl" (roll credits).
