Me and my close friend, Blackblood, are trying to make, or at least start, a big project. The project is known as... drumroll please...
Project School!
Before ya read on, Project School, mainly known as School, is a Grim Dark story. The preferred artwork we agreed on is something like this -

And for the characters, while they vary, it should still look like they can fit in with the background of the above pictures.
Some background information on School (aka info/lore dump time)
One day, students in four different high schools woke up in a strange world that mimics their own with no adults, nor any explanation to how they arrived there. Waking up in orange cocoons, they soon discover that they have brand new powers, each one unique to their own. On top of that, every twelve years a bunch of other students also emerge from cocoons.
That is the general, basic bare bones concept of School. School (Generation 3), which is what the project is about, goes more about like this.
Xero wakes up from his cocoon to find himself in a whole new world where people are killing each other. Meeting and forming a team with others like him, they go down into the catacomb-like basement of an abandoned high school to try and find a way out without getting killed. As he tries to focus on getting a grip of the strange power he has discovered within him, his group's situation quickly takes a turn for the worse as starvation, competition for supplies, and terrifying enemies close in.
That is the very bare bones concept of Chapter 1 (Not really a chapter, more of a whole Arc).
Yes, before ya ask, everything has been planned in great detail. We both know how everything is going to go. The whole plot of School, almost down to every interaction and bit of dialogue, is known and written. All the way from Chapter 1 to Chapter 4.
However, since we are thinking small currently, only Arc 1/Chapter 1 is planned for anything.
What we need is Concept Arts. Stuff to have so we can officially put our idea of Project School out there.
Currently, art is needed for both the characters and background. We cannot use AI (Since AI is tricky and we want to show that we are willing to spend money for this project), so please keep that in mind. (Do I sound too formal?)
Background/Area location include A broken, abandoned and empty high school, a basement/utility tunnel area that is never-ending, and a garage where things get loaded and stored.

Jason,
Honeycutt,
Travis,
Scott,
Rose,

Mary (Paradox)

Yeah, we already know this project is gonna be expensive as all hell, and time consuming too. And the whole end goal of Project School?
Fund and Make an Animation for Chapters 1 - 4.
Any help would be greatly welcomed.
