Underage drinking, smoking and drug use. What are the rules against writing this and posting it on scribblehub? I really cant find much about it.
I've checked https://www.scribblehub.com/content-guidelines/ but I don't think a lot of stories abide by these rules

I don't think there any rules against that, it's fictions write what you want. Unless you glorify these acts, but even if you do it, if it's in the antagonist side or have a mean in the story I don't think there will be any problems with the rules.

I've combed the rules thoroughly and don't recall rules against it. Theres rules regarding violence and sex, but that's about it. then again, considering I write fantasy erotica, drug use (including alcohol and smoking) don't really apply, so I might've missed it, but the commenters above me seem fairly spot on.

As long as you keep the reader happy they won't rat you out. Even if they do, they'll just come onto the forums and everyone will gang up on them. Because they don't know how to read and most likely doesn't apply anyway.
