When you hit someone, they hit back. Perhaps it's unintentional, but you rarely post kind words or valid criticisms. Everything you write makes it seem like you are the kind and pure knight, and everyone else is a pile of shit who lives to be a monster. SH is a surprisingly diverse site wherein I, a transwoman, and several people who have... pess than savory views on people like me can Coexist and even come to an understanding.

You have chosen to take a massive steaming shit all over this website which is many of our first forays into writing, and where I started writing my book, Solstice, which actually does tackle the theme of Is Genocide Ever Okay (spoiler: no, no it is not. existence is more important than whatever quality of life buff you hope to gain from systematic premeditated mass murder.)

You removed all nuance, all detail, and, I dare say, ALL DIVERSITY from us when you make these sweeping generalisations on ALL of us. You have, in effect, painted all of us with the Fascist Neonazi Paintbrush and then justified metaphorically genociding us by way of "none of you are worth the time of day". To clarify I would find distaste in death. Don’t like it, but has to be done. But an animal I kill will be shown respect and I’ll take proper care to use it fully, and a short prayer. Bury liver for the spirit I believe. But… if anyone touched my family… not to sound edgy, but that won’t be a slow death. I've been reading your story, and I noticed the Author's Note chapters you posted when you got too stressed out. I find myself feeling extremally sympathetic to you... You've very clearly pointed out some of my own thoughts and feelings, in particular the reasons for slowing down my uploads on my own story.
It's been... Motivating.

I don't know if you'll be able to draw yourself out of the morass that's holding you back, but thank you.

Pointing out why some novels are bad is not an attack on the whole website. We know most of whats on this site is crap. Hell, I personally feel my writing to be crap. I just keep writing both to improve a more spiritual aspect of myself and because some people connect with me by consistent reads and likes.
