So, I uploaded a story: https://www.scribblehub.com/series/784499/fatty-be-wildin/ Fatty be Wildin---

when I first uploaded the shitty novel everything seems fine. But after a few chapters, it wont even appear anymore. Not when I upload a chapter, not on the search engine, not on anything. Its like it dont even exist.

i dont think my story needed an approval since it was already up, so I guess it was banned somehow?

the only thing worth noting was the fact that my cover pic was lewd, so it wasnt accepted. So i tried another, then it was also rejected. Only when I chose a somewhat lesser lewd pic that it was finally got an okay.

then, I uploaded a chapter--- then it disappeared once more.

if this isnt shadowband, then what is it?

Based off of only the title of your prologue, I wanna say that you probably violated a rule, but I am not sure. Contact Tony here [email protected]

Does all of it actually valid? like the isekai genre is totally contradictory to the 6th point...
And the 5th one a lot of things are legal in different countries tho, what dose that based on? where are the servers of the site located? or domain rules or something?
and isn't ko-fi, patreon is in a sense business as you get access to pro content there after paying for services with money...

US laws.

And everything posted on the content guidelines is valid.

As for what being illegal means, it mostly means plagiarism, but it's not necessarily just that.

Your novel might have been reported by someone for breaking a rule, and was removed because of that.

As Envy said, contact Tony about it. He can tell you what happened.

Well it's not completely shadowbanned because I can access it.

A lot of the guidelines can be vague to borderline unenforceable, in particular the "May" ones (Anyone MAY do anyTHING after reading any chapter anywhere. Also a lot of good books hit me with badfeels, up to and including dysphoria spikes, so that's clearly a violation, right?). Hells, even the first point could be used to erase pretty much all smut on the hub, since smut is most certainly objectionable. (Edit in Hindsight: This is probably why they're called Guidelines and not Rules, to allow for discretionary enforcement)

It seems like your particular case seems fairly solid. I read the Prologue, and it helps that the bad-stuff is clearly voiced by the antagonist, but it might not be enough. And according to the guidelines as strictly written it isn't. (Insert snide observation about a tonne of books on site failing the rules-as-written)

It does however read like a shitpost, so you might not have been given benefit of the doubt.

Not much we as non-Staff can do here. But your Author page still lists it, so there's that.

Damn, really? It was supposed to be just a joke ?. But, I mean thank you. If the situation remained the same for another week, then i'll contact them ?
Just read the first chapter's title. Yeaah you have to be more subtle than that.
