Is there a way to prevent readers from giving bad ratings without a clear reason?

NOTHING is anonymous anymore. even the stuff you think helps make you anonymous, like VPNs, constant cache clearing, and anti-spyware just changes your trail slightly, it doesn't make it disappear.
That's why I poke fun at 'secret identities' in my books.

His glasses helps to magnify it, so he manipulate others more, so that they don’t recognize him without his glasses on.

It is some power of his.

The adaptions didn’t cover this power of his, but it should be in the comics.

That was retconned out later as just too freakin' silly (The Tick convinced himself that he had a Hypnotic Tie), and it's back to "he disguises himself by slouching, subtle changes to his hair, and acting like a milquetoast." Though in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, with a suggestive giggle, his mother suggested something else - that most people just won't look at his face in that outfit...
